reupping margin requirements that's exactly what happened last spring with AOL: just as it was tanking big time (a lot like Qcom) many brokers (including the one I was in at the time for my margin account) raised maintenance on it...perfect timing for margin calls and big selloff.(I did get several then). I was one of the ones who "didn't expect a sell off in 2000 until Feb" and I was planning on getting out of margin then. Oh well. the best laid plans and all that. But even the MM's cant keep prices down forever. But if its a bear market????? Hm but in a good economy: well we'll see how it turns out. Good luck everyone!!!! Freeus
