MGJ Press Release April25/97 $100,000 financing Major General Resources Ltd MGJ Shares issued 26,345,089 Apr 24 close $0.48 Fri 25 Apr 97 News Release Mr Glenn Shevchenko reports The company has entered into an agreement with two arm's length parties to receive a $100,000 working capital loan. The loan is non-interest bearing and shall be repayable out of the next equity or debt private placement financing of the company. In consideration of the loan, the company has agreed to issue to the lenders warrants to purchase 111,100 shares at $0.36 for one year.
