MT 5 point reorganization plan!!! Suspend common dividends until December. Continue preferred dividends. In December, pay minimum dividend required by REIT law. Begin to dispose of healthcare assets Pay down debt. Invest in lodging assets. Skipping dividend will save $65 million a quarter. CEO to be replaced.
