LOL! I'm glad my husband and I aren't the only ones who noticed "Beaver"....

And another thing! The on air "personalities" use nick names all the time on each other! Of course they refer to themselves as "the Brain", "the Kahuna", Hair Force One, Bond "Babe" Haines used to be called "Darth" (as in Vader)....so basically I think they've set themselves up for this type of lampooning.
