ztect: Great job on the thread-header! Concerning the "card analysis" issue...

Thoughts...

I just received 2 Musiccards which I purchased from a school fund-raiser. I am a music teacher/performing musician, and I buy a lot of CDs. How long will it take me to buy 40 discs? It will take ME a while, but I think it would take the "average cd buyer" a LONG WHILE. The 20 bucks it cost me is no big deal, but it might be a bigger deal to the average (non-shareholder) customer. :0)

I know this has been discussed before, but remind me the answer on this one. Has TSIG considered a 5 dollar card with a 10 disc limit? Would they be able to move more volume of card sales as a result?

Will the current 10 dollar card price, and the large amount of cds per card, result in any kind of disincentive to buy for certain prospective consumers?

My feeling is that there are going to be certain audiences who will look at the price of the card and wish that they could pay 1/2 the price to get the opportunity to buy 1/2 the amount of cds at discount prices. If TSIG could swing dual-pricing, perhaps they should consider it...
