Skeeter may be right.

Stuffing the channel doesn't show up as an inventory buildup -- it shows up as an increase in A/R and QCOM's A/R rose by 13% sequentially. I don't know if this represents channel stuffing because I don't know the seasonality factors, but that is quite an increase in receivables.
