(ron) State of Company @ End of Third Quarter

*Putting things in some more context*

The info you presented from the 3rd q 10q for tsig is old info. This represents the state of the company through the 3rd quarter. The 3rd quarter succeeded a 2nd quarter that included company organizational changes and refocusing.

The dilution and cash flow problems have been factored into the share price. This is why until recently the share price was at approx. (4) four cents.

The prior problems of the company have been much discussed quite critically, even by the "longs", especially on the prior Silicon Investor tsig thread. I personally don't feel like rehashing this info. Feel free to read back through posts by myself and others during the past summer and at the time of the 3rd Q 10 q release in November (approx. 11/15 thru 11/20).

At the time of the 3rd q 10 q release, share holders who originally bought in on the "potential" of the b-model wanted to see execution.

Since the 3rd ended the 4th quarter has given evidence that execution has and is occurring.

The Coca Cola card, the press announcement that 700 schools registered in the LL program, and the UCP exclussive fundraising deal are the reasons why tsig's circumstances are NOT as they were in August through September 30 of last year.

The school participation and the coke card are demonstrative of execution. The tell tale sign of this execution will be revenues. The 4q 10q (annual 10 k) will be revealing. This should be released at or around 2/15/00.

Now this is very speculative as are most start-up and turn-around companies. We are not speculating on or investing in an established company with a share price of over $10. We are speculating on a company that until recently was priced under 10 cents.

An affiliation with the likes of Coca Cola and UCP, in part, validates the b-model. If you don't like the b-model, don't even consider KO's subsidiary's partner's stock. If you do like the b-model, invest, speculate or trade accordingly.

No trying to convey an incomplete story.
