I also would speculate that many people who sell now have not thought out there goals and buy/sell prices. Also what about the tax implications? and if you are not worried about the tax(short term cap gains) then why not sell at rally time? I would think that for many investors low prices or touches on a companies 50 DMA are a time to buy.
