Actually, the credit authorization piece is so critical and unique that eVWAP is thus far the only anonymous trading system to satisfy the clearing community on the issue. It was holding them back -- it isn't anymore. Now that credit authorization is place, institutions like Merrill, Paine Webber and other similar gorillas among the broker-dealers are integrating through their clearing subsidiaries, and with them they bring huge institutional trading desks and their customers to the system. And that doesn't even account for other sources of liquidity which loom large in this issue of "going nowhere" as you put it. MacGregor, Sungard and Belzburg; Hong Kong; and Canada will all add liquidity to eVWAP in the US in a dramatic way. I'll grant you it has taken longer than expected -- definitely a big part of why the stock is only at $10 per share now. But going nowhere? Ask Merrill where they think it's going. I think you would be surprised at the answer.

It's a pity most of ATG's customers would prefer to keep their identities unknown - disclosing these identities would at least put the kabash on arguments (like yours) to the effect that no-one cares, that ATG lacks institutional sponsorship -- nothing could be further from the truth.

So you will get your spike soon enough Auric, I think you should rest easy on that one. But do be careful - this time the "story" of this stock is going to be overshadowed by the reality of eVWAP in operation, and the spike is going to be akin to a freight train.
