About what I expected. 1. Live charts - no interest in it 2. Those live charts guys must fill up the in-wires. 3. I doubt qcharts or any one gives accurate options - the nature of the beast. It is true that a few vocal types seem to have problems on SI and onelist. To them they are real, I guess, They might not go away. But with all this knowledge you have gained, you could print up a good FAQ addressing the major items and make it available to all. I don't want to do you out of a job but information and communications is important to customer satisfaction. You will never get away in this market climate from the ones trading RT with real money who don't know how to open/build/save a workspace or know anything about Stochastics. Someone here didn't know how to change time frames on a chart. So, jobs in customer support should be stable as long as market holds up. Now, why does anyone have to delete temp folder? Give us a detailed reason. Mistake and change in program logic? fragmentation or coruption? or no one knows? Why does this give blank charts and T&S?
