Prior to May 1997, we had no sales and our operations consisted primarily of various start-up activities, such as research and development, recruiting personnel, conducting customer field trials and raising capital. We generated net revenues of $1.8 million in 1997,$13.0 million in 1998, $17.3 million in 1999 and $5.4 million in the threemonths ended September 30, 1999.
