Bill,

Increased activity on Friday: 109,500 shares with price reaching 21cts. No news. The Delaware proposal was known Jan17th (SEDAR). Maybe something else is in the wind, or simply people are buying upon receiving their proxy material in the mail. The price rise could be due to Sand Springs or the Delaware proposal or both.
