The technology looks promising but what about the merging with some of MTX assets? What will remain from MTX outside of the merger ?It seems that after this, MTX will control 80% of NWRE and NWRE will issue a lot of shares. Also MTX seems to have some thin client product, is it based on NWRE technology or will they compete ? I did not find any reference to NWRE for this product : mtx.com
