Bob,
The micro-cap arena has never really recovered since last July. However, the recovery of that condition is simply a matter of time. There are bargains everywhere.
The last few days of trading in Personal Computer has brought some interesting conditions. Herzog has been alone on the bid for the last few days. In fact, on Instinet they are representing themselves as an institutional buyer. In other words, keep the shares you hold and look to buy more.

Just to provide some kind of idea of the opportunity that is appearing in this industry, the following appears in:
Asia Info China Daily News as dated 4/21/97

"This year, the Asia-Pacific Region will need 5.6 million printers, 40% increased over that of the same period of 1996. The year 1996 witnessed 4.9 million printers change hands, hitting US$ 2.9 billion. The American Hewlett-Packard, Japanese Epson and Canon dominated [the] Asia-Pacific Region last year."
Regards,
Robert W.
