Not sure... think its probation for a short period... then maybe off to jail?? Perhaps they can make a last minute report by mid-February (or else) and then if they did a 1 for 100 reverse stock split we could list for $1.01??? The possibilities are endless, but suspect there is no rabbit to pull out of the hat. Now where is the White Knight to save us??? Hope you can use a tax-write off to offset other great capital gains (in anticipating the probable "el foldo").
