Kain, I read the RB board, and know full well that the merger proxy is not actually an act of good faith. (BTW, I really appreciate your contributions to that board. You seem to be one of the people with your head screwed on right!)

If you read my other posts, you realize that I was merely surmising that it COULD be possible for the merger to be effected without the approval of us shareholders. I don't know if they actually can, but IF they can, then the vote might be moot.

I may have to sign up for RB soon...LOL
