What is the future for NRT?

I am happy that, after the recent run-up in price, we have not fallen back much and seem to have stabilized significantly higher than a few short weeks ago. I am wondering if what we have seen is due solely to renewed interest in this sector or that there is something going on at Nortran we are not privy to.

Any ideas?
