I have always looked up the CD"s I wish to purchase on the "musiccard" site and then contact them by phone. I have ordered several times and have found the customer service to be excellent. Cd's have always been delivered in a timely manner and from what I remember, in a week or less. I have purchased several cards and gave many as gifts this last Christmas. The prices and selection is excellent. The only problem I have ever had is being addressed at present by the staff and appears to be a problem with one delivery from the Woodland, California warehouse where the CD's I asked to be sent to another location during the Christmas rush hadn't arrived. I didn't notify them until very recently as the party who was to receive the CD's was out of town. The Musiccard support staff are on it as within an hour of reporting the situation, I received an email from support staff assuring that they were addressing the issue and were getting additional information to ensure proper delivery. That is the only transaction out of many that didn't go smooth as silk. I am very excited about the future of Tsig, look forward to continuing buying CD's at the convenient site with reasonable rates and see our new additions to management turn the "TSIG MACHINE" up to capacity. Folks, IMO, we have a winner here. Their innovative approach to doing business on the internet in a potentially profitable manner,IMO, could prove to be a true model for success on the internet. Time will tell, but I like what I see developing here. Tom
