Bailey just got 3,333,333 shares of CDNO. A non open market buy. (JB). The transaction date = 12/1/99 (coincidentally the same as the PR release) and a date entered of 1/20/00! Remember the wording of the pr? " Further, it is anticipated that an affiliate of management of the Company will be compensated by EEC or the Company if the transaction is successfully completed. " Word has it the deal is done, the above also indicates it. But ya never know, but it seems positive. Waiting for the Q which is due next month, or a pr saying letter of intent will be signed. Time will tell.... sprintcar
