Victor, I thought you should look at this.
But, before you decide on your opinion think about this.
If your a customer you don't want to get screwed. But if your a stock holder in a company that's screwing the customer you like it. Especially if the customer is so dumb he/she keeps using the service.
Why consumers use priceline is beyond me. Most idiots know that they can get cheaper tickets elsewhere immediately.
