Bruceski, I agree with your reply. GFP is an important part of stepping towards a NASDAQ/AMEX listing. A big part of me believes that some big players from Europe are part of the MBHC picture. ie TransAmerica. All the talk on Wallstreet is that Europe will take advantage of the recent repeal of banking laws. Just look at managements European experience. I don't think this is just by chance that all the sudden banking laws change and MBHC has new board members who have extensive overseas backgrounds in brokerage houses,...... I don't want to speculate but there is more to MBHC than meets the eye. On CNBC they are talking about Banks buying brokerage's and Insurance company's. Now Banks will become holding company's. Analysis are also smiling on the community banks. Hope MBHC/NICA releases some news to give me a better picture. I will be averaging up over the next 30 days. Greg
