Got a check this week. Only about 1/4 of my loss on the
stock. Anybody know the status of the ongoing litigation
against the non-settling defendants.

Oh, and how is this settlement payout treated by the IRS?
It compensates for a capital loss, does that make it a
capital gain? That would be logical, but I wouldn't expect
the IRS to be logical...
