All that's left is for them to put a big 'for lease' sign on the building. Look at the earnings statement in the press release for the decline in license revenues. I don't expect that decline to change, because PARQ is out of ideas and out of time. The last product manager left a week ago, and there is *no* sales coverage, because most of the tenured salesforce has bailed and because they wiped out the telesales staff in the last RIF.

The CFO resigning solved maybe 1/3 of the problem. The board should have acted long ago to replace the key decision-makers after the string of failed acquisitions (C++, Digitalk, ObjectShare, Polymorphic). PARQ will be lucky to stay above a dollar a share.
