MDIH UPDATE:
I spent several minutes today reading the post on Ragingbull and I wonder sometimes if some of these people can get dressed by themselves in the morning!This news is HUGE!
MDIH has teamed up with The Lottery Channel,SCI-Games,NBC,and a few more names to be released latter.We have the leaders in the lottery business,and we have a major network with deep pockets.Sci-Games plays a major role!Without them this deal is nothing.We have the best and ELOT is now DEAD!We will have about 30 million shares out after the deal @ 20 bucks a share market cap same as ELOT.Over the next several weeks and months MDIH could grow to over billion and a half in market cap($50)a share .This is the message !Every thing else AOL ,Yahoo, is all bunk.NBC blows them all away.Just maybe in a few months your sitting watching Monday night football,and a LOTTERY.com comercial appears!
Then maybe in a few months MDIH sells 2-3 million shares in a secondary at 20-30 (raises 60-100 million dollars)still having 44 million shares less then ELOT .Maybe then the ELOT people will come on board!At that point MDIH will have 70-100 million in the bank a float of 6-8 million and a share price of 30-40.
Let me end with this.If you watched the volume over the last few weeks you will have noticed large trades.Welcome the big boys and they are here to stay.The stock will go NASDAQ in about 40-60 days or at the time of the secondary.This will give us more of a stock increase.Also there is a big lottery show thats starts on monday!
