It is very obvious that after Alex's meeting with Analyst, the stock act even more toward south. Don't be suprise a downgrade is on the way or an earning warning from the company with 2Q close to an end. Sure they have excellent encoding technology, but it is just too much competition in the decoder product. And most of their money are made in the decoder business. Big blue IBM still have a great group of engineers, it shouldn't be hard for them break into the encoder business. Sometimes great product might not end up to be the winner. Lots of examples can be found in high tech area. Regarding to your recommendation to sell or even short. You bet I did, sold short big chunk of it yesterday and more today. SM
