I think the market has already entered a bear mode, and any rally within this bear mode are short lived rallies ... I don't believe the risk/reward is that favorable at this juncture ... also remember, margin debts are very very high, and if we have a few more down days, the calls are going to go out, and the selling will accelerate ... A rally has a much better chance to be a sustainable rally if it is coming out of a tight bollinger band ... You might think I am crazy and a lot of people might jump on me, but I would not be surprise to see this one touch 55 intraday in a panic, which is another 50% haircut from this level ... probably not tomorrow though, my timeframe puts it within the next 60 days ...
