OOPs that was page ONE so on back were those then; Legacy Storage and Network Express and Airworks Media ( what ever happened to those 3 TECH stocks?)
Eitherway, we have a chance. He has Claims in certain stages of Probale I bet and we await PRROOOFFSSS.

The following special resolutions were approved at the company's extraordinary general meeting held in Vancouver, B.C., on Oct. 29, 1999:
consolidation of the company's shares on the basis of every 10 current shares authorized and issued in the capital of the company being consolidated into one new share; and
changing the company's name to Consolidated JABA Inc. or such other name as may be approved by the Alberta Stock Exchange and Alberta Registries.
Approval of these resolutions is now being requested of the Alberta Stock Exchange and Alberta Registries. Meantime, the company will continue to trade on the Alberta Stock Exchange under the symbol JBA.
