No news; sellers must be anticipating disappointing fourth quarter results. The growth of the free ISPs doesn't help. ONEM needs a major acquisition to gain some critical mass. Assuming 23.449 MM shares outstanding and 650,000 subscribers, each of ONEM's subscribers is now being valued at approximately $457. Apparently ONEM held an Investors and Media Day on November 11, 1999. They actually filed a Form 8-K related to the event: sec.gov
