Dan,

I heard of this proposal a while back. Doesn't the proposal also aim to grant daytraders an intraday margin of 4:1 as opposed to the current 2:1? I read an article on this proposal a couple of months ago on the Cnnfn site. I think they may also be proposing some changes to the overnight margin holdings and what would constitute a margin call?
