It's an old bartender's trick--so get your evil mind out of the gutter (ROFL!)--if a person who has had a couple of drinks (or more, this is not judgement time), a great cure for the hiccoughs is a quarter of a lemon sprinkled with salt for the unhappy sufferer to suck. It works like magic. Great info to know.

As for the rest, some people's minds....
