You are right...the next few days will be a feeding frenzy and I will be in it.I have never invested in a company (including a number of BBs) that had so little information available. Therefor, there are a number of things here that bother me somewhat: This is a OTCBB stock and basically can elaborate a press release more than a reporting company. Where are some audited finance numbers? What is the deal with the Rights Offering...how many shares are involved? How can this be submitted to the SEC without audited numbers. If H/P is committing 4,000 people, it is amazing that they haven't announced it to their shareholders. *How is this company financed...do they have any toxic floorless convertibles? Most BB companies in Vancouver do have at least one. Don't get me wrong here....this looks like a great opportunity. I just am saying a little caution on BB stocks and a ton of DD can save a lot of money in the long run. Hell, I am in for the ride....let the festivities begin.
