I asked party time a simple question regarding insider holdings and whether or not there were signs that insiders were actually bold enough to purchase shares outside of those shares available via options packages. I agree that insider sells are not indicative of management's opinion of the prospects of the company.

Could you summarize holdings of the other officers and board members of EDIG and include shares that they purchased when the stock was still in the $1 and $2 dollar range?

My take on current status of things in the Internet audio market is that the variety of CODEC's available and the push to finalize some form (multiple forms?) of copyright protection add greatly to consumer confusion. Many consumers using digital music players right now employ plain old vanilla mp3. It is simple. It is universal. It is high fidelity.

I purchased a Casio Cassiopeia E-100 and a 64 MB SanDisk CompactFlash card. The player comes with support for Microsoft's CODEC designed by a small company in Oregon. You need to record files in .wma or begin with .mp3 and do a conversion of your song library. I elected to uninstall the software and download one of the many .mp3 software programs available at a low cost on the Internet and have never looked back.

In short, the consumer will drive the demand in the Internet audio market.
