If they don't say who the contract is with they shouldn't be able to announce it. I know for example that Boeing doesn't announce all of it's contracts publicly because in some cases their customer doesn't want that to be known right away. So Boeing will not announce that they have booked a certain amount of new business until the customer gives his consent. However I've never seen them announce a major contract with a mystery customer.

Any company that announces a big contract with a mystery customer should be looked at more closely by the exchange ... especially a penny stock like NHC was only a few weeks ago. Hell the contract could be with a company called Three Little Pigs ... that's a joke by the way ... announcing a contract with a nothing company would not have the same effect on the stock price as a well known company. Any investor who buys without knowing this information is being foolish imo especially at these prices. What goes up fast can come down just as fast.
