My first guess was that they were going to announce the JV completion with Cantex, but I see cantex is still trading so that is unlikely. Anybody notice any other similar O&G co. halted that may give a clue. My current favorite is also halted, anyone with extra cash may want to do some research on c.mmi. Supposed to trade again Monday.
