Wondering if existing accounts will be "grandfathered". I believe that those with existing accounts who have shown a history of daytrading activity, would have a possible "rights" issue. Being regulated out of your pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, meaning self employment and income opportunities might not go down too easily.
