Well the contigent reason for the "short" call was the loss of GM,
and the subsequent lawsuits...unfortunately that did not serve to create the neccessary lasting "downward" momo , most shorts would have liked....

the lawsuits had an downing effect of all but 2 days, being rediculous, IMO. but made nice fodder for a "short" while.

...and for FMKT there appears there will be life after GM...
