Dear Buzz, since you are brand new to this thread and I've been part of it for several years I'd appreciate it if you didn't try to interpret my posts beyond what they actually say. I've owned lots of ROSS at times and owned a little bit at times(like right now). I've done business with the company in the past and followed it very closely.

I've clearly said that I don't own very much ROSS stock(all of 1500 shares). In fact, I sold 90% of my holdings the last time it went over $4 and, by chance, ended up with what I now have. I am not now or never have been short the stock. Since I've followed the company for so long, I still do. I also own a whole group of other beaten down enterprise application software company's and the ROSS discussion is frequently part of a larger discussion of that group.

The problem that I have with ROSS is that I think the company has potential, but, that it is sorely mismanaged. The same team that has run the company for the past several years is still in place and have shown no ability to turn a significant customer base into profits.

My candid posts here have nothing to do with trying to influence what happens to the share price, since that kind of movement is ephemeral. The long term price of the stock will be determined by the company's performance. It won't be determined by what people post on these types of threads, what people like you recommend or don't recommend. It will be determined by the performance of the business.

So, in conclusion. I'm not short the stock, I resent someone who has just shown up here saying that and implying that I am lying. You might want to go back and read the whole thread to get a real sense of what this thread has been about. Your posts indicate that you obviously have not done that.

P.S. I'm happy for you that you've had some winners. Almost everyone in tech stocks have too. But, please don't direct your unsolicited advice and investing philosophy at me or pump your website here.
