It hasn't been named because the CLEC has not yet cleared NHC to name it - a common practice in the telecom equipment field - not at ALL unusual or disconcerting (to those who follow telecom in any case).

Additionally, last week's meeting with high level mgmt have given us sufficient confidence in our involvement.
