Andre-- if you have a full service broker and are lucky enough that they are one of the underwriters you stand a chance. The more active the account the greater the possibility although most will be looking at minimum size for nearly all IPOs. I used to readily get them at ML and PWJ but never the amount I wanted. There are some SEC rules that preclude some from being permitted IPOs...
