As happens, our NT server went down Saturday night. The phones continued to work, including direct dials to all specified extensions, and including rerouting of calls to the operator after a no-answer period at the direct dial number. That is a key reason why we selected Flexion, and not a software-dependent telephony solution. Pretty amazing system. Gary Korn
