Mike: There you go again. Picking on Abbey Joe. Not only do you want earnings but you also want revenue growth. Geeze your a hard guy to please <gg>. IBM doens't need revenue growth. You know IBM will pump up the fast growing side and will just have a write off for the slow growing (notice I didn't say decreasing revenues) business and report that charge as a one time item. Have we had enough one time items at big blue to start using our toes yet? Just wanted to have some fun on a booring work weekend. Hope all is well. Tim PS - Audit skills have dropped a lot over the years. As an ex auditor I can't see how a massive fraud like what you mentioned @ the Manhattan Inv Fund was missed. Even a fresh graduate with minor supervision should be able to verify / confirm assets. I'd bet someone was in collusion on this one.
