I don't know the particulars of a 95 grand, but it sounds like you are not getting flow through your heater core. You might want to check if there is some valve on the heater hoses that is malfunctioning. On an older vehicle i would say that the heater core might be clogged, but that would be unlikely on a 5 year old vehicle.
