Holmes at ipopros is down on the # of shares and the underwriter. I called the 800 number in post #3 on Friday, and it seemed like a pretty 2nd class outfit. The person I spoke to had no idea of what I was talking to, but she would have someone call me back (re: receiving the prospectus for PSPS) but I never did hear from anybody.

I think the technology is a major factor in the future, but for an ipo, I focus, to a large degree, on the underwriter. For this one, unfortunately, I think I will have to pass. I would try a flier on it for 100 shares, just because I like the concept. Their website didn't really have info on the management, other than the key figure was past president of the smart card organization in the past. Good luck to all.
