it sounds as though your only argument is in doubting the validity of NHC's publicly announced contracts, seemingly presuming that management made press releases with blatantly false and actionable statements?

And you believe this simply because NHC has not yet disclosed their CLEC customer's name, and because the company was less well focused, and their current primary products were not yet in high market demand several years ago? And also because the stock has languished until recently, but has taken off in sympathy with a competitor's anticipated blockbuster IPO on tuesday?

If that is what you are basing your intended short on, and not on the market relevance and technical proficiency of the company's products, nor on meetings with senior management, then you may be in for a surprise.
