Hello Gregor

The Channel Partner Program

TSIS back in 1998 developed an idea to add 5 or so questions to the front end of pre-paid phone cards. The telcos sell this to companies that they service.

Lets say Joes Chevrolet wants feedback from their potential customers. Joes chevrolet would buy a load of 10 minutes phone cards from MCI. Joe would pass these free 10 minute cards to their customers. When the customers activated the card, they were asked 5 questions. Ex: Were you satisfied with your visit. Press 1 for yes, 2 for ok and 3 for bad.

TSIS then signed up a number of Telcos including MCI, Ameritek, GTE, Southern NewEngland Bell etc. However once signed, they sat on their laurels.

TSIS setup the Channel Partner program to train the Telcos on how to sell and use the service. TSIS hired a woman from Sun Microsystems to develop and build this training team.

Revenues has been slow starting but the potential is huge. If they land a Burger King or a national chain, big revenues will be generated.

However the big revenues have not materialized yet as far as I know.

Should be a great Monday
