Theo, Thanks in advance. I think its positive that they are working on an SEC filing (do you know which type it is?). I think it may take longer than that since from my experience BBs are slow with getting stuff and have lots of revisions. Nonetheless, its this initial HP news that convinced me to put the hammer down. If we get announcements regarding Oracle and other heavy hitters, the SEC filing will be just that...a filing. I read somewhere on RB that there should be another release coming soon that is supposed to be another "biggie". I think that one site that had the $1.40 target on the stock raised it to $3.40 Either way, this stock should be $10 based onthe HP news alone JMHO.
