That should have been digested in the market. They sold b4 the news hit the market. Unless they sold all their holdings at once, I won't worry about it.

I'll probably will unload some of my shares above 60 short term due to market conditions. VV probably sold their shares above $60 early Jan.

I did make some NETP tradings (sold @ 66, bought back @ 55, 53 and 50). If you worry your holding, SS some EPNY to hedge :) Their lockup period should expire around March.
