SC I haven't talked to the company in a few months but the last I heard was that they were looking to spin off assets to raise the cash to buy out the Greyvest holding. Greyvest wants out of this investment, even though it has been one of their best decisions and they have done very well with Synex. The plan they were considering was to sell the Brown Lake operation and I believe a committee was set up to facilitate this. I was hoping that we would have heard something by now. In regards to the share price, it looks like the company isn't exercising the Normal Coarse Issuer Bid and new shareholders are probably waiting to here what is going to happen. Business seems to be good with both earnings and revenue in the last quarter but the sale of Brown Lake will make a difference as this is where a lot of the profits comes from. There was a loss of profitability for a couple of quarters last year due to the launch of a new software product but we are past that now. We should be contacting Alan Stephens for more recent info.
