Everyone will probably have a different answer to your question. Here's mine.

would you say that the haircut that it has recieved so far would be the largest proportion decline it will get..and that any other decline would be of a lesser percentage(during this correction we are in)..

Most people consider a correction to be 20% or more. None of the indexes are anywhere near that yet.

No, I wouldn't assume anything. We don't have crystal balls. The Naz rose 85% in the previous 12 months. In the long-term scheme of things, if the Naz falls 25% it will still be 46% higher than where it was at the beginning of 1999.
