From Hoover's Online:
eOn Communications (formerly Cortelco Systems) has hit a home run with its Linux communication systems. The company's modular products route and control voice, data, and video transmissions at Dodger Stadium, Circuit City outlets, and more than 7,000 other locations. They feature automatic call distribution, wireless connectivity, fax, and e-mail. eOn also sells voice processing systems, interactive voice response packages, and PC-based attendant consoles. Products account for about 75% of sales. Its Latin American unit sells cellular air time and hardware in Puerto Rico. Although eOn products have been installed worldwide, 95% of its sales are in the US. Chairman David Lee owns about 40% of the company.
